Faraz Hemani left a stable and promising career at Google to found Pebble Ridge Capital Group with his partner Raheel Khawaja, doing business as Iron Storage, because he wanted to prove to himself he could win as an entrepreneur in real estate. For a portfolio growing as fast as Iron Storage, minor papercuts in the technology stack become business blockers.
