Payment Processing Notice

When you add a payment method or make a payment to your storage operator through this platform, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. or Payabli (Centavo Inc.) on behalf of your operator.

Payment Security: Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card or bank account numbers.

Your Responsibilities: You authorize your operator to charge your saved payment method for amounts due under your rental agreement. You're responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available.

Billing Questions: All questions about charges, refunds, or billing amounts should be directed to your storage operator. The platform provider does not determine or control billing amounts.

Data Sharing: Your payment and transaction information is shared between your operator, the platform provider (Cubby Enterprises, Inc.), and the payment processors to facilitate payment processing.
