Cubby today announced a new integration with NodaFi, expanding the ecosystem of connected tools available to modern operators. The announcement follows closely on the heels of NodaFi’s launch by Atomic Storage Group, highlighting a growing shift toward interoperable, best-in-class technology stacks across the industry.

Atomic, one of the fastest-growing operator groups in self-storage, runs on Cubby, making this integration a real-world example of what happens when forward-thinking operators build connected systems instead of isolated tools.

Cubby is trusted by hundreds of operators across North America to run, grow, and modernize their businesses through its AI-native platform. By integrating with Cubby, NodaFi advances its mission of connecting field operations, vendors, and teams into a single operational source of truth.

The integration enables operators to bring Cubby walkthroughs directly into NodaFi, providing real-time statuses and notes tied to on-property activity. The result is greater visibility into field conditions, stronger accountability, and a live operational record that ensures follow-up work does not fall through the cracks.

“We tend to work with a lot of the same types of operators: smart, forward-thinking, growth-oriented groups that are pushing the boundaries of what is possible within self-storage operations,” said Michael Brevdeh, Director of Sales at Cubby. “I am very excited to see the value that our integration can provide to our mutual customers. Anytime we can give Cubby operators more options and flexibility with respect to vendor integration is a huge win, and our partnership with NodaFi is just another chapter in this open ecosystem approach we’ve taken.”

“This partnership reflects where the industry is heading,” said Jacob Pandl, CEO of NodaFi. “We serve operators who expect their technology to work together, not compete with itself. When platforms connect cleanly, teams gain clarity, accountability, and the flexibility to scale without adding operational friction. Our integration with Cubby is about building the open ecosystem modern storage operators deserve and giving our mutual customers real operational leverage.”

Both companies share a commitment to supporting operators who embrace innovation and prioritize operational excellence. Rather than forcing customers into closed systems, the partnership reinforces a shared belief in interoperability, choice, and operator empowerment.

“This is what modern storage operations look like,” Pandl added. “Systems that talk to each other. Workflows that stay visible. Teams that always know what happens next.”

The Cubby integration is available immediately to mutual customers.
